Seniors Storysharing Circle

You are invited to participate in an open workshop with the RayCam Seniors Story Circle, facilitated by storyteller Jim Sands. Each week we meet to share stories and experiences and develop our storytelling skills. This session will be held in Cantonese and English with the support of an interpreter. Participation is open to all abilities and experience. Lunch will be provided (register for lunch by calling 604-257-6949).
All festival events are free and open to everyone. No RSVP or tickets are required.
Jim Sands
Jim is an East Vancouver–based performer who blends storytelling and music at events like the Heart of the City Festival, Vancouver Outsider Arts Festival, and Fringe Festivals across Canada. His music has been featured at the Vancouver Farmers’ Market, Granville Island, and various community events. Jim also leads storytelling workshops, helping participants uncover their unique narratives in a safe, supportive environment, furthering his mission to share and inspire stories.
