Embodied Writing Through Movement
Friday, May 22, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm · Carnegie Theatre
An interactive creative writing workshop that explores how movement, breath, and bodily awareness can unlock powerful storytelling. Participants will engage in a series of guided movement exercises that stimulate sensory awareness, emotional memory, and creative expression. These embodied experiences become the starting point for writing poems, personal narratives, and short scenes. The workshop creates a supportive environment where writers of all levels can explore creativity, memory, and voice.
